How long does it take for me to receive my item?

Yay! We are so excited you've decided to order some flair. We process orders as quickly as possible. In stock items ship the next business day and Custom ( made to order ) items generally ship the next business day, but can take up to 7 business days before they leave our studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We've shipped orders all over the world and we're happy to send some flair to you, too. Just be sure to give the package 2-4 weeks to arrive once it leaves our studio, depending on your country's normal transit times. We ship all international packages either USPS First Class International (for small packages) or Priority International (for heavier ones). You'll receive a shipping notification with a tracking number so you can watch the package's progress. 

Do you offer custom colors?

Yes! Right now we offer custom Tissue Paper Tassel Garland Kits and Confetti. You can find those items here.

Is there a coupon code I can use?

Sure there is! We offer exclusive discounts to those whom have signed up for our newsletter. We also host a few sales throughout the year, so please make sure you've followed us on our social media channels ( like facebook, pinterest and instagram ) so you don't miss one of our awesome sales!

How can I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Do you sponsor Giveaways?

We love giveaways, especially when they support fellow small business owners and bloggers! While we can't say yes to everyone please pitch your idea!

Can I share your tutorials or images?

We are so flattered you would ask! Yes, you may feature our tutorials or images, but please link back to us with proper credit.

How do I get a refund? 

We sure hope you don't need a refund! But, in the rare case that you've decided not to use our products; unopened and unused products may be returned for us for a full refund of product price paid as long as return is received within 30 days of purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping rate and original shipping fee can not be refunded. Custom color items are non-refundable!  

Where is my package? 

Yay! We're so stinkin' happy you purchased something from us! Chances are your package shipped the following business day. Emails with shipment and tracking information are sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you can't find the email with tracking, please contact us and we'll forward it your way. If you've got the tracking information, but the package is delayed or lost -- please contact your local carrier for the service in which you selected at checkout.  

* we cannot assume responsibility for lost or delayed parcels; refunds are not issued when proof of delivery is provided. 

* if a lost parcel is returned to us within 60 days and marked as undeliverable by the carrier service, a refund for product amount will be refunded. Shipping rates paid do not apply. 

Hello! Why hasn't anyone responded to my email?  

Hey there! Thanks so much for getting in touch with us. We respond to messages M-F ( 9 am - 5 pm EST ) and take the weekends off to spend time with our families ( you should totally do the same! ). If it's been more than a few days since your initial inquiry please feel free to reach out to us again.
